Advanced 400KW IGBT Medium Frequency Heating Technology
The WDL-DM-1500 uses an upgraded IGBT induction furnace power system with a wide output range of 40–400KW and a frequency range of
1–10kHz. This technology provides uniform heating, reduced
oxidation loss, and shorter melting cycles, especially when
processing aluminum ingots, recycled materials, and aluminum alloy
scrap.
The power unit includes automatic temperature control, power
regulation, and a high power factor (≥0.95), ensuring efficient and
stable operation even under continuous production conditions.
