1. Usage and characteristics 1.1 Use of the device: The copper melting and casting system is used for the fully automatic controlled production of 30 kg grade copper ingots. Before pouring the copper liquid into the ingot casting mold, the ingot casting mold should be baked to at least 60 degrees Celsius. The demoulding rate is high ≧99%. The casting machine can meet the requirements of 24-hour continuous production and the production process requirements of copper ingot casting.
1.2 Process flow: The copper liquid flows into the distributor of the ingot casting machine, it is evenly distributed into the ingot casting mold of the chain ingot casting machine.
1.3 Equipment features: The copper ingot molding machine adopts linear circulation mode. The power transmission part adopts cycloid pinwheel reducer and frequency conversion speed control. The driving power is only 3.0KW , which is more energy-saving and stable in operation. The instrument directly displays the speed of the casting machine per minute. The demoulding adopts mechanical demolding method.

3. Equipment composition (scope of supply)
3.1 The copper ingot casting machine mainly includes: cast iron ingot casting mold, rear tensioning system, copper liquid distributor system, water spray cooling system, simple chain oiling device, manual ignition and baking system, electrical control system, ingot casting machine body (including mechanical demolding system and power transmission system). The entire curve length is within 5 meters. The ingot casting machine has the advantages of automatic distribution of molten copper, variable frequency speed regulation, high production efficiency, uniform ingot weight, high degree of automation, low labor intensity, easy operation and simple maintenance.The ingot casting machine is manufactured in accordance with the current national standards.
3.2 Ingot mold: The ingot mold is made of QT450 ductile iron to ensure the service life of the ingot mold. The weight of the ingot is 30 kg. There are 50 ingot molds .The rear of the frame is equipped with a manual tightening device to compensate for the loosening of the chain due to thermal expansion.

3.4 Water spray cooling The ingot casting machine is equipped with a flux cooling system with good cooling effect. The ingot mold is cooled by indirect cooling at the bottom.
3.5 Electrical control system The electrical components of the control system (indicators, buttons, contactors, air switches, etc.) are selected from internationally renowned brands such as Omron, Schneider, Mitsubishi, and Siemens. The speed of the ingot casting machine is adjusted by frequency conversion. The instrument displays the speed of the ingot casting.
3.6 Ingot casting machine The main body of the casting machine includes: transmission part, frame, mechanical demoulding, etc. 3.6.1 Transmission part The transmission part consists of a variable frequency speed regulating motor, a reducer, bearings, chains, sprockets and other parts.The chain is made of manganese steel . The chain pitch is 200mm , the chain plate thickness is 8mm , the material is 40Mn, the roller material is 45 Gr and the diameter is 60mm . The service life is not less than 3 years under the requirements of the instructions. Each set of equipment comes with two sets of simple automatic oilers.
3.6.2 Ingot casting machine frame According to national standards, the columns are made of 100*50*4.0mm rectangular tubes . The columns are properly reinforced according to the needs of the equipment to prevent deformation during normal casting operations and ensure the solidity and aesthetics of the entire equipment. The frame of the ingot casting machine consists of a multi-section horizontal frame with a driving part (stripping end) and a tensioning end part (pouring end).
3.6.3 Copper ingot demoulding mechanism copper ingot casting machine adopts a mechanical copper demoulding system. Under normal circumstances, the production capacity of each casting line is about 1 T/h.
