I. Core Working Principle and Process

1. The core of a bag-feeding vacuum packaging machine lies in the "bag-feeding" process. It uses pre-formed bags (three- or four-side sealed, with pre-formed openings). Its workflow is a continuous cycle:

2. Bag Removal and Delivery: The machine's bag-removal mechanism (vacuum cup) accurately picks up a pre-formed bag from the bag bin and moves it to the next station via a conveyor system.

3. Bag Opening: The bag opening is fully opened using an air blower (nozzle) or a mechanical mechanism (grippers) to prepare for material loading. A detection device is usually included to ensure the bag opening is fully open; otherwise, the empty bag will be rejected.

4. Metering and Feeding: This is a step that is integrated with the front-end equipment. After the bag opening is opened, the device sends a signal, prompting a connected weighing scale (such as a combination weigher, screw scale, or liquid filling machine) to deposit a predetermined amount of product into the bag.

5. Vacuuming and Sealing: After the material is added, the bag clamping device moves the bag opening into the vacuum chamber. The vacuum chamber closes and vacuum is drawn (nitrogen or other protective gases can be added as needed). Once the preset vacuum level is reached, a heat-sealing device heats and seals the bag opening, followed by cooling.

6. Finished Product Output: The vacuum chamber opens, and the packaged product is discharged via a conveyor belt. The device can also be integrated with a printer or inkjet printer to print information such as the production date and batch number during the output process.

7. Circulation: The entire process is precisely controlled by a PLC (Programmable Logic Controller), with each station operating synchronously, creating a continuous and efficient production line.
