Q: How can I get a quotation from you?

A: Please just send your requirements with the information of application of the label, shape and size, colors or designs, materials prefered, surface appearence, and the quantity you need. Our consultant will get in touch with you within 12 hours and provide the quotation accordingly as soon as possible.

Q: What is the MOQ?

A: MOQ Varies from different products. In fact we can do even only for 1 pc, but considering the initial cost for printing, better we can start with 500~1000 pcs for each design. So you can get a reasonable price for the products.

Q: Should I choose labels on rolls or in sheets?

A: It will mainly depend on how will you use it. If you will use it by hand, both types are ok. If you will use machine for the labelling, it will be on rolls. In this case, you need to make sure for the windout direction, core size and outer diameter for the roll to fit your machine.

Q: How to make Payment?

A: We can arrange the Payment by many ways such as T/T, L/C, Paypal, West Union and Alipay etc. .

Q: How will you deliver it?

A: Normally we can deliver it through international express service such as UPS, Fedex, DHL, TNT and etc. In case for big volume scheduled orders, we can also use sea shipping for lower shipping cost.

Q: Can you make modifications for my design?

A: Yes, we have our inhouse designer here. In fact in most cases, we need to make some minor modifications for our design before printing to make sure the artwork will be fit for the printing machine and get the best result.

Q: How lone can I get my products?

A: Normal production lead time will be around 5-10 days in the peak season. For urgent orders, we can do it within 2-3 working days. For the shipping, it may vary from 4 working days to 10 working days based on different couriers and services.
