PVB020W Steel Back POM Coated Boundary Lubricating Composite Plain Bearing Shell

PVB020W POM lined sliding bearing is a made of steel back sintered bronze with POM coating. This type boudnary lubricating bushing has always been made as split bearing, half bearing bushing, Bearing Shells. PVB020W sliding bearing is also called boundary lubricating bearing,DX bearing,SF-2 oilless bearing,PAP P20 composite plain bearing and dry bushes.

Material Structure

1. POM 0.3~0.5mm.

2. Porous bronze 0.2~0.3mm.

3. Steel backing 0.4~2.2mm.

4. Copper plating 0.008mm.

The application of an adequate force fitting mandrel is advisable. Grease lubrication of the outer surface may be necessary when mounting.
Stick-in: Adhesive should not contact the sliding surface
