1. Operation guidance

For the process affecting product quality, work instruction should be prepared to guide production. Work instructions, quality control documents, etc., should be the current effective version, and should be correct, complete, coordinated, unified, clear, consistent with the text. The equipment (including measuring equipment) used in the production supply process shall comply with the requirements of the relevant documents and be in a controlled state.

2. Professional qualifications

The relevant personnel in the production and delivery process shall control the release, delivery and post-delivery activities of products according to the arrangement of production and service provision planning through the knowledge and skills necessary for their positions. The purchased products used in the process of production and supply shall have qualified certificate documents, and the unqualified purchased products shall not be put into production.

3. Inspection standards

The inspection, measurement and test methods used in the production process shall meet the requirements of the relevant regulations and ensure that they are in a controlled state. The working environment that affects the product compliance, such as temperature, humidity, lighting, cleanliness, excess and anti-static, shall comply with the provisions of relevant technical documents and standards.

4. Document control

The documents used in the production process shall not be altered at will, and the changes of all kinds of documents must be handled in accordance with relevant regulations. For example, the changes of equipment, purchased products and technology shall be approved by the authorized person. In the production process, the unique identification of the product should be maintained and the traceability of the product should be controlled. The identification and record should be made for traceability. The control of product identification and traceability shall be carried out in accordance with the relevant regulations.

5. Preserve and protect

Necessary protective measures shall be taken during the whole process of product reception, internal processing release and delivery to customers to ensure the conformance quality of products, including purchased products, process products and final products and their components.

To prevent damage to the product before use or delivery, the qualified product shall be stored in the warehouse. After the products are put into storage, the storage personnel of the production department shall place the products according to the requirements of product stacking. Prior to the delivery of the products, the delivery personnel shall take measures to protect the products from damage until the delivery time specified by the Customer.

6. After-sales tracking

After delivery, the sales department will conduct regular customer visits to collect and analyze information on product usage and service, as a way to identify opportunities for improvement. When PROBLEMS ARE FOUND AFTER DELIVERY, THE SALES DEPARTMENT shall deal WITH THEM in time, take corrective/preventive measures according to the cause analysis, and report the situation according to the regulations.
