  • Product Description

IMU6 MEMS Inertial Measurement Unit is a high-performance sensor module that integrates a three-axis gyroscope, three-axis accelerometer, three-axis inclination angle sensor, temperature sensor, signal processing board, mechanical structure, and the corresponding embedded software. It is designed to accurately measure the three-axis angular velocity, linear acceleration, and inclination angles of a moving platform or carrier in real time.

To ensure measurement accuracy and system stability, the IMU6 performs comprehensive error compensation, including:

  • Temperature compensation

  • Installation misalignment angle correction

  • Nonlinearity correction

  • And other algorithmic enhancements

All compensated and processed data — including angular rate, acceleration, and inclination — is transmitted through a high-speed RS-422 serial interface following a standardized and user-configurable communication protocol. This allows for seamless integration with a variety of navigation, guidance, and control systems.

With its compact size, rugged construction, and excellent environmental adaptability, the IMU6 is ideally suited for demanding applications such as:
