Highspan sign offers OEM & ODM signage service to customers worldwide. The requests for signages are versatile, but the core is to satisfy customers with good solutions. most of our signages are customized base on customers' design and requests. As we all know that each building, stores, companies, institutions, hospitals, events have its own name and brands, each slogan is different, not even to say that they get versatile types of designs, it need us to be flexiable to fabricate the logos, signs, and slogans etc. The company has metal laser cutting machines, acrylic laser cutting machines, engraving machines, bending machines, welding machines, paint house, UV printing machines, and united team for about 30 workers to manufacture each type of design and signs. The company have 3 graphic designers to meet different customers' design request and quick to get them done. We have 5 members of sale team for exporting signages. There are 3 members of QC team and 2 members of packaging team. Though the signs customer did are different and quite a lot, we could easily track the whole process.

Henan Highspan Technology Co., Ltd is a signage company that develops, designs, and create signages for retail stores, boutique, cosmetics, barber shops, buildings, hospitals, institutions, and company logos etc. The company have a large stocks of materials for acrylics, stainless stell and aluminum board, iron sheeting, PVC and any other necessary components that needed for making signages.

All the metal signs, 3D letter sign, led metal letters, illuminated signages need to be done by laser cutting machine, we have professional laser cutting team for machine control, and cutting stainless steel board, alumium board, and acrylic board. Our machines are imported type, they are accurately cutting the deisgn as customers request.

After cutting the board, we will run to welding all the cutted parts into 3D letters sign and logos.

When weld the 3D letter sign and logo, it normally start from one point and return back to this end point. Once we finish welding the returns, we will need weld the start point and end point together. They normally soldering the the small letters and logo, and spot weld for big lettering and logo.

After all the letters and signs be welded, we will arrange workers to do the polishing work, all the signs surfaces and corners will be carefully and well polished to make the surface smooth and dust free. 

After all the letters and signs being polishing and cleaning, we will send them to our painting house for the painting work. The paint is mixed to a certain pantone code color as customers' request. Workers put the paint to our paint gun, and begin the painting. 

Dry the paints one the metal shelf, it takes around 6-12 hours for this process.

After all the sign and letters has been dried, we are going to start install led lights inside the metal or acrylic cabinets. This is an important process for the illuminated 3D letter sign, because customers often meet some problems that there sign suddenly stop working, or partial of their sign stop working, this might be that the internal led lights is not well welded, and some wires might come off. Some else customers might receive their sign with lighting spots after connect to power, that is because the internal led lights is not evenly installed, or install too less. At Highspan sign, we pay attention to such problems and train our workers for soldering and what should to pay attention to install led lights, and the result is that all the signages made from us are perfectly display customers' signs. 

Soldering the wires

After all the led lights installed, we will do the signage assembling and lights testing. This is the process that to double check if there is oppsite wire connection, and if the final effect is perfectly done. At this process, we will take photos and videos for customers before the delivery.
