Vic-Tech Motor Quality Control Process：

 

IQC:

Although there are purchased raw materials, after the parts arrive at the company, they must first undergo quality inspection to ensure that they meet the requirements of drawings and standards, and then put them into storage for use. If the materials and parts are found to be unqualified, they shall be sorted, downgraded or returned to the supplier according to the specific cir cutumstances.

 

IPQC:

During the production process, we will conduct random inspection and control on the relevant parameters of the component itself and important indicators to ensure that the component itself meets the requirements.

 

FQC:

After the assembly of the product is completed, the quality department will conduct a specified number of sampling inspections on each batch of products to confirm that the parameters of the products meet the requirements of the drawings and standards. So as to ensure that the products provided to customers are in line with the requirements.

Regular evaluation by external professional organizations：

 

In order to ensure that the product quality meets the requirements of relevant standards, our company will regularly send samples to external professional testing institutions to test the products. In this way, the deviation of product control caused by problems such as testing methods and testing methods within the company can be avoided, and the testing methods of products can be guaranteed to the greatest extent.
