ZHONGHE Quality Control System consists of three parts:

01 The first one is the technical design drawing review mechanism,
02 The second one is the semi-finished product review mechanism, that is, each process has a detection testing for the previous process,
03 The third one is the finished product testing. Before painting, the overall inspection is carried out to check whether the design size matches the welding size, the welding quality, and whether the installation size meets the design requirement.

To sum up, every single ZHONGHE product has been passed the above three-stage inspection system to ensure that is a qualified product before shipping.

We have a strong design team in the office, we do 2D/3D drawing designs according to client requirements,

then we have complete the production line process to arrange the production.

Our office has more than 15 technical people, designers, engineers, and sales. Our workshop has more than 30 skilled workers, a material group, a machining group, assembly group, For each group we arrange a group leader to supervise to make sure the professional worker complete their step great job and hand them into the next group,  We are strong and united, working hard for more development and better tomorrow!
