Wanli® PUR hot melt adhesive PUR-UH128.1S for 3D lamination bonding
is a single-component reactive PUR hot melt adhesive with 100%
solid content. PUR-UH128.1S has high bonding strength for 3D lamination bonding of solid
wood, high density fiberboards, mid density fiberboards, low
density fiberboards to PVC films, TPU films, solid wood
veneer and other materials. PUR-UH128.1S is featured excellent initial adhesion, high bonding strength,
good stability, good water resistance and weather resistance. No
volatile components.
APPLICATION
Wanli® PUR hot melt adhesive PUR-UH128.1S is used for 3D lamination
bonding. PUR-UH128.1S has high bonding strength 3D lamination bonding of solid wood, high density fiberboards, mid density fiberboards, low density

USER GUIDE
The package of PUR-UH128.1S is suitable for various dispensing
equipment.
It is recommended to use at an ambient temperature more than 20℃.
The recommended operating temperature is 120~140℃.
In order to achieve complete curing, it is better to place finished
product in a working environment with suitable temperature and
humidity (recommended temperature: 23~25℃, about 60% relative
humidity).
STORAGE
Store up Wanli® PUR hot melt adhesive PUR-UH128.1S where it’s dry, cool and avoid direct sunlight. The storage
temperature should be no more than 35℃ and avoid open fire or heat
source.
