Wanli® PUR hot melt adhesive PUR-1990S for 3D lamination bonding is a single-component reactive PUR hot melt adhesive with 100% solid content. PUR-1990S can be used for aluminum alloy cladding to PVC and other materials. PUR-1990S is featured stable viscosity under heating at a certain temperature, high initial bonding strength, fast positioning. After curing, PUR-1990S has good peel strength, good heat and humidity resistance and weather resistance.

APPLICATION

Wanli® PUR hot melt adhesive PUR-1990S is used for 3D lamination bonding. PUR-1990S can be used for aluminum alloy cladding to PVC and other materials.

USER GUIDE

The package of PUR-1990S is suitable for various dispensing equipment.

It is recommended to use at an ambient temperature more than 30℃.

The recommended operating temperature is 130~150℃.

In order to achieve complete curing, it is better to place finished product in a working environment with suitable temperature and humidity (recommended temperature: 23~25℃, about 65% relative humidity).

STORAGE

Store Wanli® reactive PUR hot melt adhesive PUR-1990S where it’s dry, cool and avoid direct sunlight. The storage temperature should be no more than 35℃ and away from open fire or heat source.
