The Popular Automatic CE Chinese Commercial 150kg 300kg Cheetos Crunchy Production Line uses corn cane as raw material, mixed with a certain proportion of water, and then extruded and kneaded by the extruder to make irregular twisted strip-shaped snacks, which are cut into different lengths and diameters according to customer requirements. After seasoning, it can be made into crispy products with different tastes, which are deeply loved by customers.

The extruder vibrates the feeding hopper and can adjust the flow of raw materials. The feeding screw speed is controlled by frequency conversion and can be adjusted arbitrarily. The mechanical gear linkage realizes manual control of the extruder head gap, and the handwheel controls the linkage of the machine base, which makes it easier for the feeding screw to enter the extrusion barrel.
