Overview:

BJVP Automatic Batch Blending (ABB) system provides an efficient technology to blend Lubricants & Lube Oils in a rage of 3 to 30 m³ per batch. We have developed dedicated solutions and process engineering for lubricants and grease manufacturers, including design, construction and commissioning of automated production plants.

Characteristics:

• Raw material automatic dosing and blending
• Rapid batch replenishment
• Can be weighing and rinsing
• Steam heating with 3 layer external tube
• Pig transfer headers to the finished product holding tanks

Main Blending Process:

• Add the basic ould into main blending kettle 
• Add the additive into main blending kettle 
• Add the additive from DDU to main blending kettle
• Heating and stirring process in main blending kettle
• Main blending heating process is carried segment, computer will control the heating process
• The product pipeline also can be cleaned by VP pigging system
