Drawer Box Automatic Production
The project features a rationally designed welding line layout with
five stations, each performing distinct yet tightly coordinated
tasks to enhance overall production efficiency. The equipment
configuration includes three spot welding robots with 0.1mm
positioning accuracy, capable of swiftly completing 80 weld points
with uniform and robust quality, ensuring cabinet stability.
Additionally, an arc welding robot handles eight 120mm-long weld
seams on top of spot welding, delivering stable operation and
excellent weld quality.
The module auto-switching system, acting as the "smart brain" of
the project, enables rapid response and automatic switching based
on commands to meet complex production demands. With compatibility
for 680 product types, it achieves flexible manufacturing to
accommodate diverse client needs. The roller conveyor line ensures
efficient and stable material transfer between stations, while the
offline flipping unit automates cabinet stacking, significantly
reducing labor and time costs.
