1.OCV (Open Circuit Voltage) Testing Equipment
Description: Sky OCV testing equipment is an integrated system
capable of performing battery open-circuit voltage (OCV) testing,
AC impedance (ACIR) testing, positive terminal-to-case voltage
testing, negative terminal-to-case voltage testing, case
temperature testing, and ambient temperature monitoring.
2. DCIR (Direct Current Internal Resistance) Testing Equipment
Description: This equipment is designed for DC internal resistance
(DCR) testing on battery production lines. It includes a power
supply, control PC, control software, connection cables, and
networking devices. Under the control of the PC, it automates
battery charge/discharge process management, data management, and
coordinates with the MES (Manufacturing Execution System) for
networked operations.
Equipment Advantages
High stability and reliability, with support for high-power
operation;
DCIR value can be fitted based on battery temperature;
Short inspection time, discharge voltage closer to the actual
working condition of the battery, and software-calculated DC
internal resistance more accurately reflecting the true internal
resistance of the battery.
Parallel channel output, allowing flexible capacity expansion of
the DCIR power cabinet.
3. Pin Insertion Machine
Description: This equipment is used for inserting formation pins
into battery cells during the chemical formation process.
4. Pin Extraction Machine
Description:
- Frame: Welded structure using square steel tubing and Q235 steel
plates.
- Upper cover: Aluminum alloy frame for simplicity and easy
installation/maintenance.
- Control: PLC-controlled system with flexible operation modes.
- Features: Low noise, smooth operation, long service life, and
minimal maintenance costs.
5.Constraint (Release) StationDescription: This equipment applies or releases pressure to/from
constrained battery trays under specified pressure conditions.
6. Sorting Machine
Description: After cell wrapping in the production line, this
machine categorizes battery cells into grades based on capacity,
internal resistance, and other parameters communicated via the MES.
The number of grades is customizable per client requirements.
