Production Line: At present, we have 2 eight-strand rope production lines, 2 six-strand rope production lines, 1 double braiding production line, 18 braided rope production lines, 3 three-strand rope production lines, and 1 twelve-strand production line. We are developing to expand our capacity every year.
About quality management: Our company is qualified by CCS and hold the QMS certificate ISO9001 since established. The whole production process, from raw material to finished product delivery, is under a strict quality control according to quality management system. Raw material inspection, QC inspection, Laboratory testing, Third Party Inspection in whole process guarantees final products comply with Class Society, Buyer' Specification, OCIMF and any other International Standard requirements.
For any of the non-compliance products they will be studied for root causes and prevention action will be made. And we will be accountable for quality issues on our delivery products.
