Our carefully designed three-plate mold is a testament to precision engineering. Equipped with a pin-point gate and a cold runner system, this mold is tailored for accurate injection molding. Boasting a tool life of 500,000 shots, it is engineered to withstand long production runs without compromising on quality.

Our mold strictly adheres to the LKM mold standard, guaranteeing compatibility and dependability. The cavity and core are fabricated from hardened steel (1*1/S136), offering exceptional strength and resistance to wear. The surface finish is executed with utmost precision, with the inner surface treated using EDM VDI27# (Makino) and certain areas finished with EDM VDI18# (Makino), resulting in a flawless aesthetic appeal.

This meticulously crafted mold measures 400 x 500 x 511mm and weighs 611kg. It is specifically designed to provide a flawless fit without any burrs. The mold is intended for use with an injection molding machine (IMM) that has a tonnage of 110T. The resulting part, made from PC+ABS material, weighs 20g and has dimensions of 154.34 x 45.23 x 58.10mm. Our exceptional mold offers a seamless blend of precision, durability, and aesthetic appeal.
