The mold has been crafted with a well-thought-out design to guarantee even pressure distribution and reduce the risk of stress concentration. Made from high-quality steel, it boasts a hardened cavity and core, leading to superior hardness and outstanding resistance to wear. This mold is engineered to last between 5 to 10 years or up to 50,000 shots, making it durable enough to endure heavy usage.

The custom mold base supports the three-plates mold type, featuring a side gate for injection following the LKM mold standard. This sturdy mold measures 400 x 450 x 426mm and weighs 470kg, ensuring reliability. It boasts a polished surface finish meeting SPI-A1 standards for a sleek appearance. Equipped with a cold runner injection/runner type and four slides (cylinders), the mold's cavity and core hardness exceed 50HRC for longevity. The injection part, crafted from TPE material, is 150.4 x 78.5 x 11.8mm and weighs 10g.
