Mold Part: The mold part is a high-precision three-plates mold with a pin point gate. It utilizes an LKM mold base and has a tool life of 500,000 shots. The mold features two slides and has a size of 450 x 450 x 416mm, weighing 482kg. The cavity and core are hardened, ensuring durability. The surface finish is smooth without any pits, and certain surfaces are EDM with VDI18# (Makino). It is compatible with an injection molding machine with a tonnage of 110T.

The injection molded parts are made from a PC+ABS material blend, offering a combination of strength and impact resistance. Each part weighs 14.5g and measures 152.36 x 41.12 x 42.59mm. These parts are manufactured with high precision using the above-mentioned mold, ensuring consistent quality and dimensional accuracy.
