With a tool life of 500,000 shots, it is built to endure extensive production cycles while maintaining exceptional quality.

Our mold adheres to the LKM mold standard, ensuring compatibility and reliability. The cavity and core are constructed from hardened steel (1*1/S136), providing superior durability and wear resistance. The surface finish is meticulously executed, with the inner surface treated using EDM VDI27# (Makino) and partial surfaces finished with EDM VDI18# (Makino), resulting in a flawless appearance.

With a size of 400 x 500 x 511mm and a net weight of 611kg, this mold is meticulously crafted to ensure a perfect fit without any burrs. It is designed to be used with an injection molding machine (IMM) with a tonnage of 110T. The part to be produced using this mold is made from PC+ABS material, weighing 20g, and measuring 154.34 x 45.23 x 58.10mm.
