3. The clip is arranged and placed in the sheath. The special applier should grasp the clip out of the sheath. The clip should be converted from the relaxed state to the semi-closed state by the applier, and then enter the body through the laparoscopic sheath clip. Relax the clip again to complete the closure. Therefore, four steps needed to complete the clip.
