Product Overview The Agilent 66319B is a dual output mobile communications DC source
built for testing battery powered wireless devices, from mobile
handsets and tablets to radio modules and portable terminals. Its
main 15 V / 3 A output delivers clean, low noise power for the
device under test, while the second output supplies accessory or
charger power, so a phone and its companion hardware can be
exercised from a single instrument instead of two separate
supplies. Battery emulation lets engineers reproduce the source resistance
and transient response of a real battery pack, and fast transient
recovery keeps the output stable when the load switches between
sleep, standby and transmit bursts. Programmable voltage, current
and output resistance are controlled over GPIB, which makes the
66319B straightforward to integrate into automated design
verification and production test racks. Key Features - Dual output design — 15 V / 3 A main output plus a second output
for accessory or charger power
- Battery emulation with programmable output resistance for realistic
battery behaviour
- Fast transient response for load steps from sleep current to
transmit bursts
- 0 to 15 V and 0 to 3 A setting range with 45 W maximum output power
- GPIB (IEEE-488) and RS-232 remote control for automated test
systems
- Voltage and current readback for consumption profiling of the
device under test
- Benchtop housing with rack mount capability for lab and production
line use
- Pre-owned unit, fully tested and verified before shipment
