Anti corrosion UHMWPE pipe lined steel pipe for mine tailing

UHMWPE has the following impressive values: up to 15 times
more abrasion resistance than steel, while being 8 times lighter
than steel and 5 times lower coefficient of friction than steel,
while offering only 1/10 the stress loss of steel pipe. UHMWPE pipe
is ideal for conveyance of pulverized coal and ash in power plants,
power lines, transportation of overburden and sludge in mines,
high-pressure conveyance of pulverized coal and coal slurry water
in coal processing plants in the coal industry, and transportation
of sludge and corrosive liquids containing slag in other
industries.
UHMWPE material weighs 1/8th the weight of mild steel but has high
tensile strength. Unlike steel, UHMWPE is an economical alternative
to metals and ceramics because it is self-lubricating, durable, and
resistant to abrasion and corrosion. UHMWPE is suitable for piping
applications that require high abrasion resistance combined with
low friction.Ultra high molecular weight PE

fishing industries for many years.
