Specimen Installation Method

• The specimen surface folded inward, its one end fixed on the upper fixture
• Jig into upper levels (start inching switch adjustment knob, turned on the fixture of the axis of rotation Angle curve ring indicator at 0 score).
• Specimens with another free side as the outer surface of specimens reverse folded stretch not slack, and fixed clamping on the lower fixture.

Operation Procedure

• According to CNS 1272 to make the sample
• Turn on the power and check the machine if can be run normally.
• Turn on the Reverse angle,make the upper grip adjust to carved ring level
• Install the specimen.
• Set the test times on counter
• Run the test

Notice

• Specimen clamping with tight not slip for the principle of not holding tight fixture screw teeth or jaw damage
• Specimens shall be used for clamping with handle, so as not to damage the teeth
• Startup operation, must be left hand area, can according to rev. Switch on the dashboard, so as not to cause harm
• Specimen of clamping, the fixture must be in a horizontal position, before clamping can operate the machine otherwise and specimen
• Test process if there is often happens, should stop the machine immediately to check out, in order to avoid machine damage
• The parts of the control panel and close switch should be protected from damp and rules
