LE-9265/LH-9265 is a modified cycloaliphatic epoxy resin
system engineered for high-voltage insulators, bushings,
and contact boxes (12–40.5 kV). Combining UL 94 V-0 flame
resistance, extreme weather durability, and high thermal stability
(Tg >150°C), this unfilled liquid resin delivers void-free
insulation for outdoor power infrastructure. Compatible
with Automatic Pressure Gelation (APG) and vacuum
casting, it ensures superior dielectric strength (>18 kV/mm) and
CTI >600 V for decades of reliable service.
