Overhead conveyor also known as suspended Chain Conveyor, overhead chain conveyor and overhead conveyor. Suspended conveyor can freely choose the transmission way. The overhead conveyor can effectively utilize space, save manpower and improve work efficiency.

1. The conveyor track adopts 68mm57mm4mm carbon steel special track, Turning radius is min R600mm.
2. The chain pitch is 150mm, the vertical wheel diameter is 45mm, the horizontal wheel is 50mm, the chain plate chain is made of carbon steel, and the chain weight is 4.2KG per meter. The hanger weight is 10-50KGS as different model
3. The driving belt is made of manganese steel, the driving wheel is 45# steel, the surface is treated with high temperature, and the driving shaft is made of 45# steel.which is very durable and usful
4. The motor adopts a Chinese brand motor with a speed ratio of 1:40, a power of 1500W, and a frequency of 50HZ.
5. The automatic chain tensioning system adopts 4 sets of 300KG springs.
