A: The import of common chemicals is the same at every port, and there is no major difference. But dangerous goods are different. Different ports can import dangerous goods with different grades. For example, Tianjin can only import eight and nine types of dangerous goods, and Dalian can not import dangerous goods of Class I and some Class II.
 

Q: I import a lot of chemical raw materials and finished chemical products, but both are chemical products, some are classified as dangerous goods, and some are classified as ordinary chemicals. What is the basis for their judgment?
A: The basis for judging whether a general chemical product is a dangerous product is: Chemical Safety Data Sheet or Chemical Safety Data Sheet (MSDS).

Q: Can different companies borrow the same paint filing approval document?
A: If the customs code of paint and coating is 3208 or 3209, the coating must be filed. In the same country, the same product name and the same type of paint can use the same paint approval document, but the declaration receipt document must be the header information above the approval document
