     Introduced Japanese hotline multi-cutting technology, German ultrasonic cutting, and focused on solving the situation that cleanroom wipers which edge have yellow, hard, bevel, rough and chip removal.

     Every process strictly implements the corresponding standards; a variety of cleanroom wipers quality testing equipments, fine quality inspection, to check the quality of cleanroom wipers.

     Double A grade raw materials from well-known brand suppliers are adopted, without any addition of silicone oil in spinning and weaving process to make sure the quality.

      With various types of knitting needles such as 28 needles, 38 needles, 42 needles, we can provide customers with different weaving styles of cleanroom wipers and enrich our product line to the greatest extent.  

      The use of DI water and non-ionic surfactant for water washing treatment, from the front to avoid ion pollution, also the use of sewage treatment devices, recycling water, reduce environmental pollution and save water for the cost control.  

      The equipment is specially used for cleanroom wiper dyeing, it included  indirect heating system, and stable controlled process specification, providing the fabric of clean & low ion pollution and low NVR.

     The fabric is packaged with double PE film to prevent outside dust from falling on the fabric and minimize the influence of uncontrollable factors on the fabric.  

     Using 18M ultra-pure water to do laundry, in order to ensure the cleanliness of the product, at the same time, avoid the ion pollution of the water quality to the cleanroom wipers, to ensure the stability of the quality of products.  Drying in ISO class 4/5 cleanroom to eliminate external dust pollution and provide the most cleanness cleanroom wipers. Visual inspection process is completed in ISO class 4/5 cleanroom. The strict clean environment requirements to ensure the cleanliness of cleanroom wipers. 

     Each package of cleanroom wiper has passed strict quality inspection. The whole quality management system control  to ensure the product stability and traceability.  

    Myesde has passed ISO9001:2015 quality management system, ISO14000 environmentalmanagement system, ISO28000 supply chain safety management system and US SGS certification. and created ISO class4, ISO class5, ISO class6 clean room, as well as obtained a number of national invention patents and utility model patents.
