   thickness, width, length, zinc coating quantity, paint adhesion, surface roughness.

b) Mechanical Properties Testing

   Room-temperature and high-temperature mechanical tests, Brinell hardness, HRC hardness,

   micro-hardness, expansion, flattening, cupping, bending, compression.

C) Metallurgical & Corrosion Resistance

  Macrostructure analysis, fracture detection, density, grain size, residual stress,

  dezincification corrosion, salt spray, annealing.

We protect the coils by adding cushioning materials and tightening them with lashing straps,

non-slip wooden blocks underneath to prevent movement, meanwhile, we use waterproof

package,and add desiccants to prevent against moisture.
