Double-layer drain pan design: The outer drain pan features hinged lap-joint design for easy inspection and maintenance, with embossed slope at the bottom to accelerate drainage and prevent ice formation and corrosion. The inner drain pan is fully covered with aluminum plates to reduce air bypass, improve fan efficiency, and enhance defrosting效果.

**Heat Exchange Tubes:** Utilizes top-tier brand high-efficiency inner-grooved tubes, optimized circuit design, and staggered equilateral triangle arrangement for high heat transfer efficiency.

**Fins:** Classic European sinusoidal corrugated aluminum fins increase air turbulence, significantly improving air-side heat transfer capacity.

**Fan:** Customized high-power external rotor fans, operational temperature range -40°C to 60°C, with F-class insulation grade ensuring stable and reliable performance.

**Defrosting:** Employes low-power density stainless steel electric heating tubes, reasonably distributed across the coil and inner drain pan to ensure uniform heating, enhance defrosting effect, and extend the service life of the heating elements.

**Electrical Junction Box:** Specially customized junction box with waterproof, fireproof, easy wiring, and high pressure resistance characteristics.

**Factory Testing:** Each unit undergoes cleaning, inspection, and 25bar pressure holding test before shipment.

**Fin Spacing Options:** Standard spacings of 4.5mm, 6.0mm, and 9.0mm available to meet different temperature and humidity requirements.
