Product Overview:
EE series of high-temperature dual discharge air cooler is mainly
developed for the application of high-temperature
cold store of 10-20 C, with the structure of airinlet at bottom and
air outlet on both sides;it is mainly used for those
large production cold stores with operators inside who are not
suitable for direct air flow.
This series of products has the following characteristics:
1. Enclosure: High-quality galvanized steel plate sprayed with
powder coating(silver gray RAL9006), with desirable
corrosion resistance; the outer water tray plate is designed with
hinged structure, which is convenient to operate;
2. The side sheet of the heat exchanger is made of aluminum plate,
which can effectively protect the copper tube and
reduce the weight;
3. Thermal insulation water tray design: The outer water tray is
designed with a double-layer structure with thermal
insulation to prevent condensation and dripping of water in the
water tray in the humidifying conditions;
4, It isequipped with air outlet deflector to avold direct blowing
of wind;
5. Coil: Tube spacing 38.1X33in trianglearrangement, with higher
heattransferefficiency;
6. Corrugated aluminum sheet made of hydrophilicaluminum foil is
adopted, with the sheet spacing of 4.0mm;
7. Fan: Extermal rotor fan with blowing air; fan specifications:
o450 and p500, productseries ofdifferent
specifications, giving users more choices;
8.The P65 waterproof junction box and waterproof connectors are
used, with better waterproofing, which can lead
to high reliability;
9. The outlet of the air cooler is equipped with a needle valve,
which is conrvenient for users to test the pressure;
10. It is subjected to strict factory pressure test at the pressure
of 23bar;
11. The expansion valves and other parts can be pre-installed
according to customer's needs;
12. It is compatible with R404AR507A,R448A,R449A,R134a, R22 and
other refrigerants
