Advantages of DS-3000 equipment

The X-ray source adopts the American VJ X-ray tube, which has a long life and is maintenance-free. The flat-panel detector adopts a 17-inch ultra-clear screen, with fast imaging and no distortion. Four 7-inch material plates or one 13 to 17-inch material plates can be calculated at the same time. Significantly reduce the counting time and avoid excess manpower. Instead, it can assist other personnel to close or change the line and shorten the time of switching and stopping.

 

Using the X-ray intelligent counter typically involves the following steps:
 
1. Image Acquisition: Capture or import the X-ray image or scan that needs to be analyzed. This can be done using compatible X-ray equipment or by importing digital scans.
2. Preprocessing: Prepare the image for analysis by applying necessary adjustments, such as noise reduction, contrast enhancement, or image calibration. This step ensures optimal image quality for accurate detection and counting.
