Quality Control Workflow

1. Supplier Selection & Raw Material Inspection

We carefully select suppliers with stable and reliable quality standards.

After raw materials are purchased, they undergo strict inspection and testing. Only qualified materials are approved for storage and production use.

2. In-Process Production Inspection

During assembly, products are tested simultaneously during production.

Each worker is responsible for inspecting and monitoring their assigned equipment and production tasks. Test data and inspection results are recorded to ensure the products meet required standards before proceeding to the next stage.

3. Packaging Inspection

Once the products pass assembly and functional testing, the IPS Quality Management Department will release them to the packaging department.

Before packaging is completed, the department will verify:

1. Product appearance
2. Functional performance
3. Packaging condition
4. Compliance with shipping requirements

4. Final Inspection Before Shipment

Before delivery, all packaged products are checked again to ensure they meet:

1. Export standards
2. Customer requirements
3. Shipment safety standards

Only qualified products are transferred to the finished goods area for shipment.

5. Random Sampling Inspection

In addition to standard inspection procedures, the IPS Quality Management Department also has the authority to conduct random sampling inspections at every production stage to further ensure consistent product quality.
