Featuring an extra-long integral shaft structure, it targets the demand for large torque, high reduction ratio and long service life, serving as a core transmission component for heavy-duty equipment.


Structural design:Adopts a paired structure of extra-long integral pinion shaft + disc-shaped ring gear: The pinion shaft integrates multi-position fitting sections (bearing seat, sealing groove, locking thread, etc.), with a long shaft extension to support external power input and meet long-distance transmission requirements; The ring gear is equipped with standard flange mounting holes, featuring precise positioning and stable installation, capable of withstanding heavy load impact.


Process advantages:The tooth surface is processed by carburizing & quenching + high-precision CNC grinding, with surface hardness ≥ HRC58. The tooth contact pattern is professionally optimized for precise backlash control; It strictly complies with international gear standards such as ISO 17485, with cumulative pitch error and profile error controlled at ISO Grade 5-6, matching the machining accuracy of imported counterparts.
