Product description

Our Ammonia Cracker with Purifier operates by vaporizing liquid ammonia and subjecting it to high temperatures in the cracker furnace. Through a controlled cracking process, the ammonia is transformed into a gas mixture consisting of 75% hydrogen and 25% nitrogen. To achieve optimum gas purity, our purifier system is employed, effectively eliminating small ammonia and water impurities from the cracker gas.

One of the key advantages of our system is its automatic operation, which eliminates the need for constant monitoring and manual intervention. The integrated control system ensures precise temperature control, maintaining optimal conditions for the cracking process. Additionally, the purifier system is equipped with efficient catalysts and absorbents to achieve gas purity levels beyond industry standards.
