Description:

The Keyence FD‑XS8 belongs to the FD‑X series non‑intrusive clamp‑on flow‑sensor lineup. This sensor head adopts thermal mass sensing technology and requires no pipe cutting or fluid contact. It can be fastened onto outer‑wall surfaces of metal or soft‑hard resin pipelines, monitoring real‑time liquid flow of coolant, lubricant, chemical solvent and bonding agent. It works cooperatively with the FD‑XA1 main controller for signal processing, flow‑value reading and industrial‑communication transmission, widely deployed for automated‑equipment fluid‑process monitoring.
