Our LED mining cap lamps are produced in strict accordance with export product standards in terms of appearance and performance.

1. To make a high-quality LED mining lamp, we need to start from the source. The purchase of raw materials is mainly controlled by three parts: light source, power supply, and casing. For the inspection of raw materials, we will arrange very professional QC personnel and complete inspection procedures to strictly inspect the products.

2. The control of the production process mainly focuses on the following two aspects:

• 1. LED light source is the heart of the product. The material selection and packaging technology of the light source determine the quality of the product. In particular, the packaging technology directly affects the effect, angle, attenuation, and service life of the light.
• 2. The second is the power supply. A purchased power supply or self-made power supply is also very important. Whether the stability of the power supply is closely related to the quality of the lamp, including its heat dissipation solution.

3. The process environment control during the production of LED miner lamps is mainly controlled by the following seven aspects

• 1. The chip packaging process environment is rated at 10,000 levels (some are at 100 levels).
• 2. Static electricity control of the chip.
• 3. Dust-proof appearance requirements for panel lights and IP dust-proof grade requirements for street lights.
• 4. Good operating system:
• 5. Technical team (R&D, production, engineering, quality)
• 6. Professional production equipment (assembly/aging test/quality inspection test).
• 7. Management system (personnel system, production process, quality management)

4. Finished product inspection of LED miner's cap lamps

The finished product inspection of LED mining lamps must use a qualified LED mining lamp aging line. The LED aging line is a quality testing equipment that we use for quality testing when producing LED mining cap lamps.

Before the LED mining lamps leave the factory, we will use the LED aging line to continuously light them for up to 72 hours to check whether the power supply is good and whether the brightness attenuation exceeds the standard. After a long period of aging testing, potential defective LED lighting products are discovered in time so that timely corrections can be made to prevent defective products from falling into the hands of customers.
