Product Application

QGF series is special designed for producing 3 gallon bottle water and 5 gallon bottle water. Whole unit includes bottle washing, filling and sealing. It can fill mineral water, pure water and other drinking water. Machine is made by 304 stainless steel plate. Main electrical parts are Siemens,Omron, etc.

Main structure of the machine: machine shell, water collecting tank, water pipes, water pump, air cylinder, force conveying parts, electrical parts, etc. Machine can finish empty bottle washing by several steps, precision fix quantify water filling, automatic cap sealing in a unit. All action of the machine is controlled by PLC.

Empty bottle washing: alkaline water washing inside and outside of the bottle – sterilizing water inside and outside washing – pure water insider and outside washing. Alkaline water and sterilizing water can be recycled. All water washing process is controlled by PLC. Machine has several protecting devices, which can make the machine run steady.

Whole production line will include: automatic cap removing machine, rotary type bottle washing and brushing machine, automatic bottle loading machine, bottle inside washing machine, water filling machine, cap loading machine, cap washing machine, cap sorter, label shrinking machine, light inspector, linear type bottle lifting machine, automatic palletizer and conveying system.

Main features of whole production line

Cap removing machine
It is the first machine in this processing line. The recycling barrels need to remove the cap before washing. This machine can pull up and discharge the caps automatically from the barrels.

Barrel inner and external washing, cleaning unit
This unit has included two machines. First is the barrel inner washing machine. The barrel needs inner washing by the cleaning water and brush. When the barrel is conveyed into this machine, under the function of the air cylinder, the barrel will be locked, the brush will be pushed into the barrel through the barrel mouth and then rotary brush will clean inner wall of the barrel.
Barrel external washing machine can clean and remove the label on the barrel. By the rotary brush and water, the barrel will be cleaned completely.

Water clean, drop, filling and cap sealing unit
This is a whole unit, which is consisted by the automatic barrel loading module, barrel reverse dropping module, water filling module and cap loading, sealing module.
Working principle: barrel is conveyed in front of this unit, the automatic barrel loading module will push the barrel into the barrel reverse module by air cylinder. With the running of this module, barrel is reversed. At this time, the water spraying nozzle under the barrel will inject clean and sterilized water into the barrel to clean inner of the barrel again for a few seconds. Then nozzle will stop, the water in the barrel will flow down by gravity. After this, barrel will be reversed again to the positive direction and out off the water dropping module. Barrel has come under the filling nozzle in the next step. After filling, barrel will be sealed automatically.

Filled bottle packing machines
They have included lamp detector, barrel neck film sealing machine, plastic bag packing machine and back conveying pallet.
