1. Prepare the Layers:

   • Padding: Place the padding layers on top of the bottom fabric.

   • Top Fabric: Lay the top fabric layer on top of the padding, right side up.

   • Pin or Clip: Use quilting pins or clips to secure the layers together. Make sure the layers are smooth and free of wrinkles.
