Introduction of GI-Hot Dipped Galvanized/Galvanneal Steel Coils/Sheet
Galvanized Steel coil, a thin steel sheet that is dipped into a
molten zinc bath to adhere a layer of zinc to its surface. It is
mainly produced by the continuous galvanizing process, in which
rolls of steel sheet are continuously dipped into a bath of molten
zinc to make galvanized steel sheet; alloyed galvanized steel
sheet. This steel sheet is also manufactured by the hot dipping
method, but immediately after leaving the bath, it is heated to
about 500°C to produce an alloyed coating of zinc and iron. This
type of galvanized coil has good paint adhesion and weldability.

- Strong corrosion resistance: The zinc layer on the surface of the
galvanized coil has good corrosion resistance, which can
effectively resist external factors such as wind, rain, acid rain
erosion and so on.
- Long service life: After galvanized coil, its service life can be
more than twice as long as that of untreated steel, which greatly
improves the service life of steel
- High safety: Galvanized coil not only has good corrosion resistance
and aesthetics, but also has good flame retardancy, which makes it
widely used in the construction field.
- Good environmental protection: During the production process of
galvanized coils, certain waste gas, waste water and waste residues
will be generated, but after treatment with modern technology, it
can meet environmental protection standards and have no pollution
to the environment.

outside and inside automotive plates,
structual parts,reinforcements,home appliance and basic plate for

Spangle is formed during the hot-dip galvanizing process. The size,
brightness, and surface of spangles mainly depend on the
composition of zinc layer and the cooling method. According to the
size, it includes small spangles, regular spangles, big spangles,
and free spangles. They look different, but the spangles almost
will not influence the quality of galvanized steel. You can choose
according to your preference and purpose.
