Components of steel structure building:

● Primary Framing Elements
Columns, beams members are made by H section steels( hot rolled section steel/ welded section steel), which will be easily bolted together at site. A factory primer and facing paintings or galvanization surface treatment are applied to get better anti-rusting effect of primary framing elements.
● Secondary Framing Elements
Purlin, tie bar are formed as secondary framing, which will fix on columns and beams by common bolts.
● Bracing
Round steel is supplied with knee bracing and other supporting parts that need portal framing, which will improve the stability and durability of the whole structural hangar.
● Cladding
Roof and Wall are covered by color-coated corrugated steel sheet or steel sandwich panel, hot dipped with zinc and aluminum compound, that is fixed to the outside of structural building to protect it against bad weather or to make it look more attractive and last for generations.
● Windows and Doors
Plastic Steel Window/Aluminum-alloy Window; Sliding Door/Folding Door.
● Other Options:
Gutter, Downpipe, Transparent sheet, Ventilator and Bridge Crane will be fitted according to client’s requirements.

Productive Process

The manufacturing process of a steel structure warehouse involves several key steps. Here are the main points:

1. Cutting

The steel materials are cut using advanced equipment such as laser cutting machines. These machines ensure precise and clean cuts, following the specific dimensions and shapes outlined in the design drawings.

2. Assemble

Skilled workers assemble the cut steel components according to the design specifications. Fourhydraulic positioning systems hold the upperand lower flange plates and webs of h-shaped steel members for positioning.

3. Welding

After assembled, it is hoisted into the gantry type submerged arc automatic welder for welding, and welding shall becarried out according to the specified welding sequence and welding specification parameters.

4. Rust Removal

Shot blasting and derusting of H steel and other shaped steel, welding members and steel plates. shot blasting to Sa2.5.

5. Surface Treatment

After welding, it will be painted or hot-dip galvanized according to customer's requirements.

Product Packaging

Our packaging and transportation methods are customized to meet the specific requirements of each product. Typically, we utilize pallets for packaging, and we also offer the option of bulk shipment, then the goods are loaded directly into shipping containers. These containers will be transported to the port. We follow FOB or CIF trade terms to ensure the safe and timely delivery of goods to our customers.

1. Do you provide on-site installation service?

We can provide Installation guide service based on customers' request.

2. What's your delivery time?

Salesman will confirm the time accordingly, large order should communicate with order management department in advance.Normally, delivery time is 35-50 days after receiving deposit. Large order delivery time should be arranged separately.

3. How to control the quality of your product?

a. quality of the design: think about possible problems in advance and provide a high-quality design solution.
b. quality of the raw material: choose the qualified raw material
c. quality of the production:precise manufacturing technique, experienced workers, strict quality inspection.

4. If there is a clear service life of your products? If have, how long?

Under conventional climate and environment, steel structure whole building 30 years, main structure 30 years, protecting system 15 years.

5. What designs do you have in different climates (How can the products adopt to different climates)?

Strong wind region: improve the wind-resisting ability of the internal structure.

Cold region: increase the thickness of the wall, or use good insulation material, improve the anti-pressure ability of the structure.

High corrosion region: use corrosion resistant material, or paint anticorrosive coating.
