shot blasting and rust removal on the outer surface of the steel
pipes, and then check whether the cleanliness and anchor depth of
the outer surface of the steel pipes meet the requirements. If they
do not meet the requirements, use a hand grinding wheel to polish
and repair them to be qualified. Wrap the pipe end with adhesive
tape, treat with fine dust, heat to the required temperature at
medium frequency, spray epoxy powder, wrap the adhesive extruder
side, wrap the PE extruder side, cool the anti-corrosion pipe with
water, mark the qualified products with spray, and lower the pipe
platform and stack them.
