Production Line: The WPC PANEL production line uses advanced automation equipment and processes to ensure high-quality product production. The entire production line is divided into the following main steps:
Material preparation: First, raw materials including wood powder, plastic pellets and other additives are prepared and proportioned. These materials are precisely weighed and mixed to ensure consistency and quality in every batch.
Extrusion molding: In the extruder, the mixed raw materials are transported to the extrusion screw and melted and mixed under the action of high temperature and high pressure.
