For slight abrasions, record their positions and extents and closely monitor their changes. In case of severely deformed or corroded Bailey panels, replace them promptly.

Structural Inspection

Carry out a comprehensive structural inspection at least once a month. Check whether the overall structure of the Bailey platform is stable, with particular attention paid to whether there are abnormal gaps or displacements at the connections. Use measuring tools (such as calipers and levels) to detect dimensional changes and levelness changes at key positions. If significant displacement or deformation exceeding the allowable range is found, stop using the platform immediately and evaluate and repair the structure.
