Single Glazed Demountable Glass Partition System Using Full Height Single Layer Laminated Glass
Characteristic
Single Glazed Demountable Glass partition System using full height clear tempered or laminated glass 10mm or 12mm thk with central frosted film lines design complete with Anodized Aluminum Profile. The horizontal profiles are made of very thick extruded aluminum and are available with a natural anodized finish or powder coated finish or any RAL painted finish. The generously sized base profile (100 mm) rests firmly on the floor, making the system extremely stable and rigid. The levelling mechanism allows both a micrometric adjustment that allows to recover differences, ensuring the perfect sealing between glass sheets. The vertical profiles on the wall are also made of extruded aluminum. They are all monolithic and make the system extremely rigid and able to withstand flexural stress thanks to direct connection to the wall and are equipped with self-expanding seals for perfect tightness. Glawall joints between glazed modules are made with transparent polycarbonate profiles equipped with reduced thickness double-sided adhesive, or with only 1 mm thick transparent high-sided adhesive tape. The system allows to realize 90 °, "T", 4-way and variable connections. The system must allow installation of different type of glasses to reach desired Acoustic insulation 32dB to 37dB.
