Installation Preparation Requirements
Important Note: During installation, do not scratch or damage the o-ring. If
anything is damaged, please contact us to replace a new one. Installation Instructions The full set of cartridge seal is cleaned and exactly passed
leakage examination before sale. To avoid damage, do not
disassemble and clean the parts again before fixing. Fitting Specifications: The fitting allowance between the seal and shaft is dl h6 0.8, and
there should be leading-in edge at the end of shaft. The outside
diameter of shaft at the position of screw should be 01 0.2mm
smaller, resisting the screw over-tighten. Lubricate the shaft with
oil. Installation Steps:
Post-Installation Check: After completing installation, turn the shaft by hand to check for
rotation. If the shaft does not rotate smoothly, the seal has been
