The complete cartridge seal set is thoroughly cleaned and passes rigorous leakage examination before sale. To prevent damage, do not disassemble or clean components before installation.

The fitting allowance between seal and shaft is dl h6 0.8. Ensure a leading-edge at the shaft end. The shaft outside diameter at screw position should be 0.1-0.2mm smaller to prevent over-tightening. Lubricate the shaft with appropriate oil.

Place the cartridge seal into the pump chamber, then:

• Tighten four screw bolts of flanges, ensuring the medium leading hole "G" is at the top position
• Tighten four set screws to position the shaft sleeve on the shaft
• Remove four gauge plates (retain for future installation and disassembly)
• Connect the medium lead-in pipe with hole "G" to flush away friction heat and maintain seal chamber during pump operation
