Installation Preparation

Shaft Outside Diameter tolerance: ±0.05mm
Shaft run out: <0.1mm
Shaft end float: <0.13mm
No sharp edges on the shaft over the O-ring

Important Note: During installation, avoid scratching or damaging the O-ring. If any component is damaged, contact us for replacement.

Installation Instructions

The cartridge seal is cleaned and leak-tested before sale. Do not disassemble and clean parts before installation to avoid damage.
Shaft fitting allowance: dl h6 0.8. Provide leading edge at shaft end. Lubricate shaft with oil.
Place cartridge seal into pump chamber, then:
- Tighten four flange screw bolts, ensuring medium leading hole "G" at top position
- Tighten four set screws to position shaft sleeve on shaft
- Remove four gauge plates (keep for future use)
- Connect medium lead-in pipe with hole "G" for friction heat removal and seal chamber flushing

Post-Installation Check: After complete installation, turn shaft by hand to check rotation. If shaft does not rotate smoothly, seal was improperly installed.
