Installation Preparation Requirements

Shaft outside diameter tolerance: ±0.05mm
Shaft run out: <0.1mm
Shaft end float: <0.13mm
No sharp edges on the shaft over the O-ring area

Important Note: During installation, avoid scratching or damaging the O-ring. If any component is damaged, please contact us for replacement.

Installation Instructions

Our cartridge seals are thoroughly cleaned and leak-tested before sale. To prevent damage, do not disassemble or clean components before installation.

Fitting Specifications:

Seal-to-shaft fitting allowance: dl h6 0.8
Leading edge required at shaft end
Screw position shaft diameter: 01 0.2mm smaller to prevent over-tightening
Lubricate shaft with appropriate oil

Installation Steps:

Place cartridge seal into pump chamber
Tighten four flange screw bolts, ensuring medium leading-in hole "G" is at top position
Tighten four set screws to position shaft sleeve on shaft
Remove four gauge plates (retain for future installation/disassembly)
Connect medium lead-in pipe with hole "G" to flush away friction heat and maintain seal chamber during pump operation

Post-Installation Check: After installation, manually rotate the shaft to verify smooth rotation. If rotation is not smooth, the seal has been improperly installed.
